Podium spots, Canada, and T-shirts

here's a quick update on what's  been going on-

I shot up for day 2 of the Northeast regional in Hazleton Pa. on jully 12th. My knee still isn't %100, so i haven't really been training the way i would like to be. After slipping into the main, a decent gate start, good possition, and a little luck landed me on the 3 spot on the podium!!!!

I made a trip up to Canada this week for a family reunion. My family is from a small fishing town in Newfoundland. Even though it was a one and a half day trip, there is enough to have a blog of it's own. so here are some cliff notes
1- irish/canadians are the friendliest people on the earth
2- I missed out on a tradition which includes kissing a fish then taking some shots, maybe next time.
3- people from Newfoundland know how to party, thier afterparty started at 3am
4- the food will make you fat
5- the people ther lead a simple life, and couldn't be happier

as some of you guys know, i have been supporting my bmx carreer by designing and selling T-shirts for the past 8 years, well we have a new one in stock. head over to www.scarred4liferacing.net to get yours, they are under the "swag" page and will only set you back $10!!!!

thanks for reading
